Melissa McFadden, President and Founder

Melissa McFadden is a mom of four, wife, social worker and activist. She started this organization because her son, Tony, was found guilty of a rape he did not commit. During the past 20 years as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Melissa has worked for a nonprofit, in private practice and as a clinical manager for a national Employee Assistance Program. Melissa holds a BASW from University of Pittsburgh, a MSW from GWB at Washington University in St. Louis, and is currently pursuing a MA in Nonprofit Administration from Lindenwood University

Debra Grund, Vice President

Debra has an extensive history of business ownership and nonprofit participation. She is the founder of UH Catering at United Hebrew Congregation. Debra was the Executive Director and then Financial Director for Women Against Registry (WAR). She claims the title of founder of Juventud Peruvian Dance for Children.. She was the supervisor and Comparison Pricing Analyst for Sam’s Club as well as owner of Subdivision Operation and Services, LLC. Debra holds a degree in Business. 

Tonya Rivers, Secretary / Treasurer

For over 15 years, Tonya has served as a Business and Technology consultant in various leadership roles within well-known Fortune 500 corporations across various industries. Her professional contributions include leadership of high-visibility capital projects involving emerging technologies, divestitures, mergers and acquisitions. As a highly skilled Project Management Professional (PMP) and Agile Coach she has helped many organizations translate business drivers and needs into successful initiatives that realize cost savings, accelerate performance, and sustain strategic flexibility while creating a competitive advantage for the organization. Tonya is a Certified John C. Maxwell Coach, Speaker and Trainer leading growth and transformations in individuals and organizations. She is an avid volunteer serving on multiple boards and supporting several causes very dear to her heart. Tonya holds a Master’s in Business Administration, a B.S. in Computer Science, and a B.A. in Management.  

Angenita Mabins, Board Director

Angenita Mabins is Founder/CEO of the nonprofit, Standing on Faith Ministries (SOFM). The mission of SOFM is to open up avenues to help the unhoused (homeless) with useful resources to help them regain necessary skills and acquire knowledge to recognize the curveballs that led to their current situation in order to return them to productive members of society. Angenita began her nonprofit in 2017 and is honored to be selected among the many who serve on the board of Reset Missouri. Angenita holds an Associates of Science Degree and completed a business course through Women in Business Opportunity. Angenita is an ordained Evangelist and has worked closely with other nonprofits. Angenita has coined the phrase: Be Blessed by Being a Blessing.  She resides in St. Louis, MO. 

Will Rivers, Board Director

Will has over 15 years of experience as an Information Technology professional across multiple industries. He is a thought-leader who is passionate about helping individuals and organizations attain success by utilizing cutting-edge concepts for data driven decision making. His expertise includes helping organizations leverage data analytics to discover new insights and knowledge key for increasing profits and achieving a competitive position in the global marketplace. Will’s servant-leadership experience includes ministry, board administration, coaching and personal development. Will holds a M.S. in Applied Analytics and B.S. in Computer Science from Saint Louis University. 

Stanley McCoy, Board Director

Stanley is a military veteran who is active with many nonprofit organizations and passionate about social justice initiatives. He currently holds many leadership positions in local organizations including President of Second Chance Foundation, Board member of Jobs With Justice, former president of Veterans For Peace St. Louis Chapter, Board member of Empower  Missouri St. Louis Chapter, State Board Member, MADP and an active member of several other social justice organizations. Stanley holds a B.A. in Political Science with a minor in Mass Communications and served as a volunteer firefighter in a north St. Louis County community.
